The ME300TZ is an economical metallurgical microscope designed for everyday metallurgical and materials analysis. It has a 30° inclined° rotatable trinocular head, coarse and fine focusing, mechanical stage, and halogen reflected illumination. This is an excellent metallurgical microscopy system for a variety of industrial and research applications including metallurgical labs, industrial Inspection, quality control, and foundries.

Change magnifications quickly using the four-lens turret without significant refocusing thanks to the parfocal design. Using the included 10X and 16X eyepieces, the magnification range spans from 40X to 1600X with eight unique settings. The lenses are achromatically corrected for improved resolution, and flat-field corrected to ensure edge-to-edge sharpness.
