Microscope Mechanical Stages

A mechanical stage or glide table is a device mounted on the stage of a microscope that holds a slide in place and allows for repositioning - lengthwise and crosswise - without touching the slide. The mechanical stage simplifies the processs of observing different portions of a specimen. We carry a broad assortment of mechanical stages for use on both compound and stereo microscopes.
