This trinocular polarizing microscope comes with a 45° inclined 360° rotatable head, coarse fine focusing and 20W halogen illumination. It offers six magnification settings (40X, 80X, 100X, 200X, 400X, 800X). The trinocular port allows to add photo / video capability. It is a perfect microscopy system for metallurgical labs and foundries for silicon wafer inspection and quality control.
