This is a brand new professional trinocular Infinity Plan Epi-fluorescent microscope. It comes with infinity-corrected, plan-fluor objectives, extreme widefield eyepieces, 30° inclined trinocular head, 30W transmitted halogen light and 100W epi-fluorescence illumination. The microscope configures five (5) wave bands, B, G, BV, V and U. It is a perfect microscope for the applications in biology, medicine, immunology, oncology, genetics, and materials science.

Optics

The infinity-corrected optical system eliminates optical errors when using filters and other in-line components, ensuring highly precise images. The sextuple objective turret provides instant access to 4 magnification levels and provides two open ports for additional lenses. This allows you to efficiently move through magnifications from 40X to 1000X. The turret's reversed orientation provides more working room above the stage. These high-quality lenses are achromatically corrected to improve resolution and color accuracy, with planatic flat-field correction to provide edge-to-edge sharpness.

    Digital Imaging

    Monitor and capture photos and videos with the included 2MP USB3.0 camera. With extraordinary sensitivity and a maximum framerate of 125fps, the MU203-BI provides high-definition imaging for low-light applications, including fluorescence and darkfield. Using a cutting-edge 2MP back-illuminated CMOS sensor with an incredible 2350mV sensitivity (1/30s), high gain-levels can be used for highly-responsive realtime video. A 0.37X reduction lens is included for use with 23mm-30.5mm ports to capture more of the microscope's field-of-view. Our professional software for Windows provides a wide assortment of capture and photo-editing functions including color correction, time-lapse capture, image stitching, and a full complement of measuring tools. A lite version of our software is available for Mac and Linux with essential functionality for capturing photos and videos.
