iScope Darkfield - A masterpiece in darkfield microscopy for Life Blood Analysis.
The iScope darkfield is suitable for Life and Biomedical Sciences, universities and Live Blood Analysis which requires high illumination.
Its unique 5W LED built-in cardioid mirror oil condenser combined with the Plan S100x oil with built-in diaphragm objective makes this model perfect for Live Blood Analysis.
EYEPIECES
Extended Wide Field EWF 10x/20mm field of view and adjustable diopter on the left tube (Ø 23.2 mm tube).
HEAD
• Trinocular Siedentopf type heads with 30° inclined tubes.
• Interpupillary distance from 48 to 76mm.
• The trinocular head for model EIS-1153-EPL/DF has a fixed built-in 50:50 beam splitter and one ± 5 diopter adjustment on the Ø 23.2 mm left tube.
• A unique rotating system allows the ergonomic positioning of both tubes in a high. (431mm) and in a low position (397mm).
• The trinocular head comes with a Ø 23.2mm photo port for cameras.
OBJECTIVES
- E-plan 4x/0.10, 10x/0.25, S40x/0.65.
- Plan S100x/1.25 oil with built-in iris diaphragm.

156 x 138mm stage equipped with integrated 79 x 52mm X-Y mechanical stage.
CONDENSER FOR DARKFIELD (STANDARD)
A state-of-the-art condenser equipped with reflective cardioid mirrors and a built-in high powered 5W LED light source. Together with a S100x objective with built-in iris diaphragm this enables a 1000x magnification darkfield solution. The power supply of the 5W LED light source is built in the microscope. The darkfield condenser can easily be exchanged for a brightfield condenser which is also included.
CONDENSER FOR BRIGHTFIELD (SUPPLIED)
• Height adjustable Abbe N.A. 1.25 condenser for brightfield.
• Accepts sliders with phase annuli suitable for plan phase 10x/20x or S40x/ S100x oil immersion IOS objectives for economical phase contrast.
• With magnification indication.
FOCUSING
• Coaxial coarse and fine adjustments, 200 graduations, 1 μm per graduation, 200 μm per rotation, total travel range is approximately 24 mm.
• Supplied with an adjustable rack stop to prevent damage to sample and objectives.
• The coarse adjustments are equipped with friction control.

• 3W adjustable NeoLED diascopic illumination with internal 100-240V power supply
• The innovative NeoLED design offers larger apertures, allowing the optical system of the iScope microscope to produce images at higher resolutions, very close to the theoretical diffraction limit of the optics. Other benefits of the NeoLED are the low energy consumption, no heating, and a long operating lifetime.
ICARE SENSOR
The unique iCare Sensor is developed to avoid unnecessary loss of energy. The illumination of the microscope automatically switches off shortly after stepping away from the workstation.
CSS - CABLE STORAGE SYSTEM
iScope® allows users to easily insert the power cable into the back of the instrument, which enables easy storage. The integrated carrying grip at the back of the microscope ensures safe transportation of the microscope.
APL (ANTIMICROBIAL PROTECTION LAYER)
APL is a revolutionary paint treatment applied to the most critical parts of our products. A microscope with APL will restrict the growth of micro-organisms, including bacteria and mold.

• Ten Year Warranty for Euromex Microscopes: All our Euromex microscopes come with a ten (10) year factory warranty against manufacturing defects, covering labor and parts.
• One Year Warranty for Telescopes: All our telescopes come with a one (1) year warranty, except when specified in the description.
• One Year Warranty for Accessories: All our microscope accessories (USB cameras, illuminators, illumination, dust covers, and etc.) come with a one (1) year warranty, except when specified in the description.
• One Year Warranty for Items labeled as “Product Ships From Manufacturer”: All products that are shipped directly from the manufacturer come with a one (1) year warranty, except when specified in the description.
Warranty does not apply for consumable accessories and parts such as bulbs, batteries, fuses, cords, optical components or any add-on accessories such as mechanical specimen holders that are not built into the microscope stage as an integral part of the original manufacture, etc. Warranty does not cover microscopes, lenses cameras or other accessories that have become inoperable due to dirt or damage due to misuse or lack of maintenance.
