This professional trinocular inverted polarizing metallurgical microscope comes with infinity metallurgical objectives and Epi-Kohler illumination. It offers a range of magnifications designed to observe, identify and analyze the structures of metals and alloys. It comes with super widefield infinity optics, polarizer & Analyzer, quintuple nosepiece, 30W wide band voltage (85V-230V) EPI-Kohler illumination, and double-layer mechanical stage with coaxial coarse & fine focusing. This microscope is great for studying metallography, heat treatment and metal physics. It is widely used in the inspection of crystal structures, integrated circuits, semiconductor chips, micro-electronics, and etc.
Using four infinity-corrected plan-achromatic objective lenses from 5X to 50X, a broad range of magnifications can be covered. These highly corrected lenses produce sharp, flat images from 50X to 500X when used with the included 10X eyepieces.
