Amscope Reseller Program

AmScope provides high-quality products at low prices. After receiving numerous inquiries, we are pleased to announce that we are now accepting applications from resellers! It's easy to setup, just follow the procedure below. If further information is needed, you will be contacted. The entire process can take anywhere from 1 to 4 weeks, depending on the completeness of information provided, and whether your organization fits our criteria or not.

Application procedure:
  1. Create an account at www.AmScope.com. If you wish to use an existing account, include the email in the application, and a note saying you are already registered.
  2. Download and complete the application below.

  3. Send an email to reseller@amscope.com with the following:
    California resellers
    • The completed AmScope Reseller application
    • A copy of your California Resale Certificate (application available here)
    • A copy of your Seller's Permit from the California BOE (Please note that a Seller's Permit does not automatically exempt your company from tax)
    Resellers outside of California
    • The completed AmScope Reseller application
    • A copy of your state's or country's government-issued resale permit or equivalent
    All Applicants
    • A brief summary of sales channels and marketing channels (where/how you sell your items, and where/how you acquire your clientele)

  2. With a valid Seller's Permit and Resale Certificate (California businesses), you will not be charged sales tax.
